Grading a 30 Question Test

On a 30 question test, each question is worth 3.33 points. Here's what you need to get each letter grade:

  • A: at least 29 out of 30 (94%)
  • B: at least 26 out of 30 (84%)
  • C: at least 23 out of 30 (74%)
  • D: at least 20 out of 30 (64%)
  • F: below 18 out of 30

A score of 18 or above out of 30 is typically considered passing (60% or higher).
