Before the founding of Zootopia, there were marks of disgrace against predators and prey. Predators were viewed as vicious, while prey were viewed as weak. Throughout the entire movie, association between the two still remained despite the promise made to the public.
The animals, especially Boxer, were not treated equally in that they were exploited and ----------- during multiple reigns.
These ----- ------------ were changed to this novel “All animals are equal, but some are more equal than others.”
This ------- was changed from “Four legs good, two legs bad” → “Four legs good, two legs better”. Throughout the novel, the animals “captivity” remained the same. The reigns of both Mr. Jones and Napoleon held the animals in captivity, as they were forced to work in order to recieve food. At first they thought humans were evils to be destroyed, but by the end they felt differently, even partnering with humans.
The fact that ----- grew more disheartened after he lost his money in a lawsuit lead to a distracted farmer of whom to drinking excessive amounts of alcohol to distinguish any and all the pain that he had felt. His incompetence in all matters animals led the animals inspiration to rebel. On Midsummer’s Eve, which was a Saturday, he went into Willingdon and got so drunk at the Red Lion that he did not come back till midday on Sunday. When he returned, he immediately went to sleep on the sofa with the News of the World magazine on his face. To make matters even worse, his employees milked the cows in the early morning and then went out rabbiting, without even bothering to feed the animals.
Napoleon’s rule grew excessively worse in its nature as the novel continued, as well as his ---------- in upholding the basic rules that everyone on the farm was urged to follow, known as the Seven Commandments. Napoleon also did not bother to mention the words “without sheets” in the original sixth commandment that stated “no animal shall sleep in bed”. Since sheets were considered a “human invention”, or so Napoleon claimed after Clover, a sophisticated white mare, accused Napoleon of leaving such out. The animals on the farm were upset by his actions, because only the pigs were able to sleep in beds. This drove a tension between themselves and Napoleon, as like previously stated, deprived the animals of the most deserving resources, such as beds, for example.
