Crack open Oxygen valve and open all the way.

Bleed Acetylene and Oxygen from hoses.
Adjust Acetylene flame.
Shut off Oxygen valve on cylinder.
Turn off Oxygen on torch.
Crack open Acetylene valve and open ¾ of a turn.
Wrap up hoses.
Put on PPE (Shade 5 lens, gauntlet style gloves)
Back-off/close regulators
Make cut.
Adjust Oxygen regulator to correct pressure.
Open Oxygen valve on torch.
Turn off Acetylene on torch.
Adjust to a neutral flame.
Adjust Acetylene regulator to correct pressure.
