Grading a 21 Question Test

On a 21 question test, each question is worth 4.76 points. Here's what you need to get each letter grade:

  • A: at least 20 out of 21 (94%)
  • B: at least 18 out of 21 (84%)
  • C: at least 16 out of 21 (74%)
  • D: at least 14 out of 21 (64%)
  • F: below 13 out of 21

A score of 13 or above out of 21 is typically considered passing (60% or higher).
