Grading a 23 Question Test

On a 23 question test, each question is worth 4.35 points. Here's what you need to get each letter grade:

  • A: at least 22 out of 23 (94%)
  • B: at least 20 out of 23 (84%)
  • C: at least 18 out of 23 (74%)
  • D: at least 15 out of 23 (64%)
  • F: below 14 out of 23

A score of 14 or above out of 23 is typically considered passing (60% or higher).
