On a 36 question test, each question is worth 2.78 points. Here's what you need to get each letter grade:

  • A: at least 34 out of 36 (94%)
  • B: at least 31 out of 36 (84%)
  • C: at least 27 out of 36 (74%)
  • D: at least 24 out of 36 (64%)
  • F: below 22 out of 36

A score of 22 or above out of 36 is typically considered passing (60% or higher).
