Description

A spectrum of leadership styles based on a changing gradient of the leader’s use of authority to the subordinates areas of freedom. The scale includes tells, sells, suggests, consults, joins, delegates, and abdicates.
A leadership style in the form of a grid based on two behavioural dimensions: concern for people, and concern for results. It has five management styles based on these dimensions: country club, team, impoverished, produce-or-perish, or middle-of-the-road management.
